My feelings about Agloco used to be wishy washy until I found out people won’t be getting paid from Agloco for months. I was sure that Agloco would fail and gave 5 more reasons why Agloco wouldn’t work. It’s only a matter of time until the rest of the Agloco loyals figure out this thing isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be, but at least you guys will stop wasting your time early and maybe move on to another way to REALLY make money online.
I’m not the only person who enjoys exploiting Agloco though. It seems Cash Quests has done a better job laying it out on Agloco. And Agloco doesn’t like that, so they deleted the comment that was written on their latest blog post.
So you’re probably wondering what was written, right? In the comment I accused AGLOCO of dropping the ball in their attempt to make money online as using Ask.com as their default search engine is an absolute joke.
You don’t have to be a marketing genius to know that best way to get people using a product is to give them something that is useful and has value. When it comes to search engines, it’s pretty obvious that Google and Yahoo are the best because they have the best results and are the most useful. Hence, if I wanted to have a toolbar to do searches, chances are that I’d install the Google Toolbar as it is more useful and doesn’t come with advertising.
There is a reason that Ask.com only has a 2.6% market share. It’s because 97.4% of search engines are better.
I also accused them of complete failure as they have only accumulated 1,000,000 members which is well short of their 10,000,000 target. I guess they didn’t like me questioning if it was because the viewbar was useless and crap.
Now why would they delete that comment???
I wonder when Agloco will even begin to TALK about distributing payouts.

Nice post! You should also check out my post I made over at MrGPT.com:

You’ve said it well. It’s too bad there will always be the few that continue to deny obvious scams like Agloco.
heh I bet John Chow is still going to make money
Well with 19,000+ referrals if HE doesn’t make money than everyone will stop.
well, blogger still can earn money as there will be more idea and skill to increase traffic to the blog in future.
Yeah, Agloco definitely brings traffic.
“There is a reason that Ask.com only has a 2.6% market share. It’s because 97.4% of search engines are better.”
Just because one product has a higher market share than another, doesn’t automatically mean that it’s better. If it were, that would mean IE is a far better product than firefox! :p
I think it’s funny that “cash quests” makes a big deal about his/her comment having been deleted, when the cash quest blog no longer allows comments at all. That’s the ultimate in censorship if you ask me.
I joined up to agloco ages ago, and at the end of the day, I spent $0 on it, and spent about 5mins signing up. If it never makes money, I’ve lost nothing. If it surprises everyone and actually does start to pay out, then I’ll have made something from nothing.
Yeah but if that something is like 20 cents, you really didn’t make anything because you won’t be able to obtain it. (at least for months or years)
I agree, there are a lot of “what ifs” in terms of agloco. What if it never pays out? What if it does pay out? What if it takes 12 months to see any cash?
Blogging about agloco has turned into a traffic generation technique more than anything, write something that’ll polarize opinion and it brings in the hordes of lovers and haters.
All I’d say is, make up your own mind, don’t just take the opinions of others as gospel.
Yeah true but, we also blog about it to let people know for those who might want to join, and for those who think it’s easy money.
Lets put it this way, as it stands, I’ve made exactly the same amount of money from agloco as I did with donkeymails, and donkeymails consumed more of my time
Haha.
as long it didn`t cost me a cent it`s ok when i get some money out of it someday.
Keyword: Someday.
i dont trust em… i am very skeptical when it comes to internet sites paying u money… if it seems like it could be a scam it probably is :/
I always thought algoco was a scam. I’ve never seen a “pay-to-surf” site that was legitimate. I’m just glad the news is getting out, because i’m tired of seeing their ads everywhere
Yeah. We’ll know for sure whenever they talk about doing payouts.
can anyone explain me why “agloco” is “offering” 100 usd $ per email? agloco mails is probably the most bigger scam..
AGLOCO is shutting down because they can’t pay there members so you were right.
I wouldn’t install any useless software, even if they pay me up-front. When I signed-up with Agloco and had to download the viewbar, I realised “it is crap”
