I’m on vacation this week and I won’t be back until late late Saturday night (like 11:55 PM late). I’ll be in Alberta, Canada visiting my family! I won’t have internet access during this time so this week will be pretty empty.
The good news though, is that once I get back I will be starting affiliate marketing with PPC campaigns. I didn’t want to start anything and have to stop it because I would be on vacation. One thing I’ve learned is that you have to check on things a few times a day. Leaving a campaign running and not being able to check on it could cause you to spend way more than you wanted to, and you could be losing money if the campaign isn’t converting!

You have to check up on things less if you run your affiliate campaigns through organic search. What I do is I use Google’s keyword tool to identify profitable search terms, find the ads and then write the page. With a bit of testing and link building it can then usually be left to its own devices.
