What Paris Hilton Can Teach You About Making Money

Okay, so maybe Paris Hilton is not the BEST person to relate to when dealing with money, but there is a lot to learn from her. Despite the fact that she her father is one of the wealthiest people in the United States, Paris has a lot to say about making money. (If only she knew how)

1) No IQ involved

Maybe not entirely true, but for basic simple ways (like get paid to read e-mails) you don’t have to be a rocket scientist. You just need to know how to click, and access your e-mail. You can do that… right?

2) Having friends is helpful

Unless you are the creepy cat lady that lives next door, you probably have one or two, or thousands, of friends and people you can relate to. Keep in contact with these people. These people are an important tool to making money; they can be your biggest moneymaker when it comes to referrals.

3) Sometimes you have to spend a little

Making money can sometimes involved spending money. For example, on some paid to sites, there is an option to upgrade your account. Upgrading can give you benefits like more referrals, lower payout, more opportunities, or something of the like. Once you have started to make money, take that and put it back into websites you trust; you could be making more money than before.

4) Take a risk

If you find a website to be a bit sketchy, but you have heard people that said it worked, don’t be afraid to give it a try. Of course, if the only way to do it involves giving money first, it probably isn’t a good business. Get into areas you’ve never been into before. You might be surprised what comes out of it. Even Paris Hilton takes risks… just try not to do anything illegal.

5) Start Simple

Everyone has to start somewhere. If you want to get into Forum Posting, for example, start with one job at a time. Get used to the process, expand your portfolio and reputation, and then you’ll start getting comfortable to take on three or more jobs at a time. Most of us know how to think small. Unfortunately, Paris is still trying to discover that on The Simple Life.
